Technical support and maintenance fee in the complex is fixed at 600 euros per year for the apartment, thus a large area of the apartment does not affect the size of the maintenance fees.
The complex consists of eight buildings. There are 172 apartments built in.
The low-rise U-shaped residential structure encircles the lushly green internal spaces with swimming pools for adults and kids. Alpineums constructed at carefully chosen spots add to the beauty of the greenery. The slight natural declination of the terrain has been used for the construction of houses on semi-levels with stepped roofs.

Envisaged are the premises for the pool maintenance equipment. Ramps for baby carriages and wheelchairs will be installed where necessary.
